About Robin Mohr & Associates

Helping Quaker organizations to do the work that God is calling them to do in the world

A convergent approach to strategy and fundraising

Robin Mohr brings a convergent approach to consulting — drawing people together toward a common goal rather than pushing a predetermined solution. She helps Quaker organizations integrate multiple perspectives using innovative tools and techniques developed across 30+ years of experience in housing, education, and faith-based nonprofits.

One of the gifts she brings to Quaker organizations is decisiveness. She’s there to encourage you, help you, and to guide you through the hard choices on where to focus your efforts and where to let go.

Robin is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator at Quaker gatherings and conferences across North America — helping audiences find the clarity and courage to move forward together.

About Robin Mohr

Robin’s earliest consulting role came long before she had a business card. As a kid growing up in a small mountain town in northern California, she was already advising her sister on strategies to get as many kids in the neighborhood as possible to come out and play hide-and-seek after dark. That instinct, to bring people together and help groups move toward a common goal, has never left her.

Her career began where the stakes were highest. Early on, she worked alongside an interfaith community of people who had committed their lives to serving the poorest members of society, learning directly from those living in poverty what fighting poverty looks like.

Over the years, Robin has held nearly every seat at the table — executive director, fundraiser, grantmaking program officer, and administrative assistant. Each role gave her a different lens for understanding how people navigate organizations from where they stand, and what they need to move forward together.

Speaking both English and Spanish fluently, Robin has worked with Friends in 27 states and 10 countries across five continents. That breadth of experience between rural and urban communities, across cultures and Quaker traditions, is what she brings to every client she serves.

She brings all of it to benefit you and your organization, helping you do strategy and fundraising better, so you can focus on the work that God is calling you to do in the world.
